Spring into Summer

Guess who’s back!!!  Ok, seriously though, for those of you who followed and read all my previous blog post…THANK YOU!! I apologize for being MIA. What happened, you ask? Nothing…there’s not a valid excuse or reason as to why I was away other than life happens and it happens fast. Although, I was not actively posting on my blog, I did stay active on Instagram. To stay up-to-date on looks I create, give your girl a follow (Click the Instagram link on the sidebar). 🙂

Now it’s June and officially summer…good Lord is it ever summer here! This heat is just…HOT!!!

For my return post, I thought I’d share with you this gemstone colored inspired makeup look. I wanted to play with fun summer colors and also use ColourPop Cosmetics Super Shock Shadows. Coincidently, both shadows used in this look pertain to summer and possibly the best week out of the year…SHARK WEEK!!! Ok, so I’m obsessed with shark week…who isn’t?! Fascinating creatures and the reason I don’t get in the ocean past my ankles.  Totally off subject…back to makeup! The main shadows used are Colourpop’s Coconut and Shark Attack.
