Welcome summer!!! Ok no, not really; summers in Texas are BRUTAL!!! I think July was one of the hottest months and August is falling really closely behind. Since it has been so hot outside, I’ve been trying to keep my makeup pretty simple, however, there are those days when I get a little heavy handed. My natural minimum makeup look goes right into a full on smoky eye and bright lip situation. You can’t blame me…it is so simple for me to do.
With that being said, I wanted to share a few of my favorite makeup products, books and songs that I was loving in the month of July. Some of these makeup products and songs are oldies but goodies for sure!!
Nivea Men’s Sensitive Post Shave Palm (Face Primer)
Too Faced Melted Liquified Lipstick in Melted Nude
Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie Lip Gloss in Birthday Babe
Morphe Brushes (Top to Bottom)
A full review on the Morphe Brushes will be up soon, so keep a lookout for that!
I use these products almost every day and they have easily become my summer essentials.
Sunshine & Whiskey by R.L. Griffin is a total feel good, laugh out loud type of read.
H.O.L.Y – Florida Georgia Line
Into You – Ariana Grande
Touch it – Ariana Grande
Josh Abbot Band ft. Carly Pearce – Wasn’t That Drunk
The Chair – George Strait
Middle of a Memory – Cole Swindell
Here Waiting – Covenant Worship
I hope you all are enjoying your summer! Hopefully there is or was a vacation planned and taken. Remember you should play as hard as you work!
I guess us Texans have another month or so of this heat…Lord help us! 🙂
